By popular demand we’re happy to announce our complete Science for Lunch series taking place throughout November. Enjoy a variety of events, including a behind the scenes tour, exclusive information on the upcoming new Taiao | Nature space and lectures from Te Papa experts and the science community. Bring your own lunch on your break from the office or from sorting out the garden in preparation from summer. Medical Conditions and Helpful Plants, Thurs 22 Nov: Expert Reg Harris brings the Friends a talk that looks at range of medical conditions and research-based plant therapies used to help alleviate them.

A Social History of the Fern, Thurs 29 Nov: Researcher Pat Brownsey takes us through why the fern has achieved iconic status in New Zealand.
