The landscape affects all New Zealand artists, from abstraction to photorealism, through all media, in one way or another. Page Blackie’s Landscape 2017 exhibition is an exploration of how leading New Zealand artists respond to their surroundings.
The exhibition features Page Blackie Gallery represented artists, including Dick Frizzell, Karl Maughan, Michael Hight, Heather Straka; as well as a number of guests, Colin McCahon, Rita Angus, Toss Woollaston, and Grahame Sydney.
