Come along to this tutorial and hear how simple it is to connect to the internet and use email. Tutors will also cover the use of tablets, such as the iPad, and smart phones, including the use of the QR code. You’ll soon appreciate how swiftly news and information about upcoming events can be at our fingertips. While the tutorial is designed for people new to this technology, for others it will also serve as a handy refresher course and a chance to update your skills.
The tutorial will be run by Te Papa technical staff, who last year brilliantly demonstrated to an enthralled audience of Friends how to travel on a virtual tour of the world’s art galleries, including Te Papa itself.
