Friends of Te Papa are invited to a talk by artist Nigel Brown, entitled ‘The Mental Traveller’, and an exclusive viewing of his exhibition Waterfall at Wellington’s Solander Gallery.
The exhibition features 15 new works, which form a series developed from the Cascade waterfall in Dusky Bay. The waterfall inspired the artist William Hodges during his voyage with James Cook in the 1770s.
Tea and coffee will be served after the talk.
