A stunning line-up of exhibitions and talks await you at Porirua’s Pataka. Māori ceramic artists, hear artist Rob McLeod talk about his phantasmagorical parade of colourful giants and angels, and hear Michael Joseph discuss a dramatic landscape photography exhibition.

This is a free tour, supported by the Wellington Regional Amenities Fund, and the Friends of Te Papa. The tour will depart from, and return to Te Papa.

At The Dowse, contemporary jewellery from Kobi Bosshard, and an exclusive tour of Home Sewn At Expressions, Peter Bush's hard-won images of the All Blacks in action, and the imaginative world of Weta Workshop’s Johnny Fraser-Allen are featured.

Jim Barr and Mary Barr are art commentators and collectors who have known Michael Parekowhai since his last year at art school in 1990. Using photographs, videos and personal recollections they will present an insiders’ view of Michael and his work.
